Arizona Tile is proud to share a wonderful cause with you today. Our Las Vegas location recently supplied materials to help complete renovations at The Shade Tree, a facility that provides safe shelter for women and children in crisis.

We were happy to donate some materials to help The Shade Tree revitalize their bathrooms in an effort to keep the building well-maintained so they can continue to provide much-needed services to families in the Las Vegas area. Our Las Vegas warehouse provided the bullnose tile for the showers—our Subway White Glossy porcelain—as well as slabs of Bianco Romano Supreme granite that are being installed to complete the bathroom remodel on the facility’s third floor.

About The Shade Tree

The Shade Tree was founded in 1989 as a safe haven for women and children in crisis. The organization has provided shelter, food, medical care, counseling, job training and educational opportunities for women and children who have endured homelessness, domestic violence, abuse or human trafficking. The Shade Tree’s mission is to help families get the care and shelter they need in order to stabilize and regain their independence. Through services like their 90-day Emergency Shelter program, they continue to strive toward a vision of self-reliance for every woman and child.

How You Can Help

This year’s renovation projects at The Shade Tree are focused on making much-needed updates to the building’s kitchen, bathrooms, sleeping areas, common rooms and more. Through community outreach, the organization has asked local businesses to provide assistance with the project. We are proud to do our part in helping The Shade Tree revitalize their building so they can continue to provide shelter, food, comfort and up-to-date facilities to women and children in need. In line with The Shade Tree’s mission, everyone can be a part of the solution. We hope that other community members and businesses will consider donating their time, materials, labor or resources to support this great cause.
